Powered Conveyors

We carry chain, belt, and slat-powered conveyors for heavy loads.

Chain Roller + -

Chain Driven Live Roller Conveyors, provide a positively driven, heavy duty, live roller conveyor. Because of the positive chain and sprocket drive, it's an ideal choice for conveying pallets, containers, drums and other heavy unit loads. In addition, it's well suited for dirty or oiling environments, where other types of live roller conveyors won't perform.

Chain Transfer + -

Chain Transfers Conveyors provide a method for right angle, directional changes from within CDLR Conveyors. They consist of a pneumatic lift device that projects a series of chain strands up through the gap between the chain rollers, to drive the heavy load offline. These are commonly used to move heavier, larger loads such as: pallets, containers or other unit loads onto adjoining conveyors, work stations and load/ unload zones.

Chain Conveyor + -

Chain conveyors typically consist of multiple, parallel strands of roller chain used to convey unit loads. They are typically used to convey heavy loads that are varying in size and not conducive to smooth conveying on driven roller conveyors. The chain stands can be positioned according to the bottom support members of pallets and containers, often necessary for rugged conveying solutions.

Belt Conveyor + -

Belt conveyors are an excellent choice for an inexpensive and simple method of moving products from one point to another. They can be used to move a variety of product sizes, shapes and weights effectively for long lengths with a single drive. Belt Conveyors are also a great option to move products through elevations. Incline Belt Conveyors from low to high and Decline Belt Conveyors from high to low.

Belt Roller + -

A BDLR essentially is a gravity roller conveyor powered by a belt. Friction created by the belt drive produces a low pressure method of accumulating product, which in turn allows for loads to be stopped or stalled on the conveyor surface while the belt continues to run. Unlike other types of unit handling conveyors, belt driven live roller conveyors are not well suited for incline or declines applications.

Slat Roller + -

Slat Conveyors are used in horizontal conditions and operating at relatively slow speeds. They are generally used to move items that are not typically conveyable on rollers or belts, due to an irregular shape or bottom condition. They can also be used in assembly operations by modifying the slats to accommodate assembly fixtures.

Turntable + -

Turntables provide a method of rotating unit loads when material lines intersect or change directions. Unlike Chain Transfer Devices, they maintain product orientation through an intersection. They can also be used to reverse the orientation of a product or allow a pass through depending on application requirements. When used in a system, they will typically slow through put and require more complex controls to ensure safety because for the rotating top assembly.
